ABOUT NOR'EAST OUTDOORS
Nor'East Outdoors was born in 2020 when Stacie Scherman took over operations from Brasswind Landings Adventures and Paddlesports. The previous owner, Richard Lincoln, was looking for a change and so was Stacie! Working remotely like so many people at the time, Stacie was excited for the opportunity to pursue her dream of owning an outdoor recreation business. Lincoln is still a big part of the team and if you sign up for a trip you will likely have the privilege of having him for your trip leader! If you're lucky you might also get to meet Stacie's dad Bob who helps out with deliveries. Summer in northern Michigan is SO special, and way too short. We are excited to help you enjoy it from the water!

Eqipment: We use premium brands to provide the best comfort, stability, and performance. We hand select kayaks and paddle boards for each guest based on experience level, fit, and activity type.
River trips: We are the only outfitter servicing the Indian River. If you are looking for a calm, slow, scenic river this is the trip for you! Great for ALL experience levels and ages. (If you want FAST check out the Sturgeon!)
Delivery service: We deliver kayaks and paddleboards to your lakeside or riverside cabin! Discounted weekly rates!
